Qantas has launched a week-long sale on flights for Australians heading to the United States and Canada, with return fares starting at $949.
All flights in the sale depart from Australia, with travellers able to fly to destinations including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dallas, New York, Honolulu and Vancouver. Discounts are available across economy, premium economy and business cabins.
Flights are available for travel between September 2025 and August 2026, with the sale running until 11.59pm (AEST) on Monday 15 September 2025, unless sold out earlier.
The airline said the sale includes checked baggage as well as food and drinks on board.
Some of the discounted routes include:
Sydney to Los Angeles from $999 return, with travel dates from October 2025 to August 2026, including April during the Coachella music festival.
Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne to Honolulu from $949 return, with availability between October and March during Hawaii’s peak surfing season.
Brisbane to Los Angeles from $1,049 return. Qantas’ Boeing 787 Dreamliner is currently flying the route and will increase to daily services from October.
Sydney to Dallas Fort Worth from $1,499 return. The A380 is operating four days a week and will move to daily services in 2026.
Sydney to New York from $1,419 return. Services will grow from five per week to daily between June and October 2026.
Adelaide to New York from $1,619 return, now one stop via Auckland. Qantas is set to restart international flying from South Australia in October.
