Holidaymakers sailing from Port Canaveral now have a new option for Caribbean getaways, with Celebrity Apex arriving for her first season in Central Florida on 1 November.
The ship is part of Celebrity Cruises’ Edge Series, known for its outward-facing design and open-air spaces aimed at immersing guests in the ocean views and destinations.

From November 2025 to April 2026, Celebrity Apex will sail seven-night roundtrip cruises from Port Canaveral, visiting a mix of popular Caribbean destinations including Grand Turk, San Juan, Basseterre, George Town, Puerto Plata, Cozumel, Key West, and Bimini.
The ship’s standout feature, the Magic Carpet, is the world’s first cantilevered, floating platform at sea. Positioned on the ship’s edge, it serves as a venue for dining and drinks with panoramic ocean views. Guests can also enjoy Infinite Veranda staterooms, where the boundary between indoor and outdoor space can be adjusted at the touch of a button.
Onboard, passengers will find 29 restaurants, bars and lounges offering a wide variety of cuisines, from steak and seafood to globally inspired tasting menus. Unique spaces such as Eden — a three-level glass-wrapped venue combining dining and entertainment — and The Retreat, an exclusive area for suite guests featuring a private restaurant, lounge, and sundeck, are among the ship’s highlights.
Entertainment includes three original stage productions in The Theatre, cabaret performances in The Club, and themed events across the ship.
The Celebrity Apex’s arrival marks the first time an Edge Series ship has homeported in Central Florida, giving travellers another option to explore the Caribbean in comfort and style.
