All Nippon Airways (ANA) has confirmed changes to its international network for the 2026 financial year, including a reduction in flights between Japan and Perth.

Under the new schedule, ANA’s Narita–Perth service will drop from daily flights to three round trips per week, operating on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The airline said the route will continue to operate daily until April 19, before the reduced schedule takes effect.

The change is part of a broader review of international services as the ANA Group adjusts capacity across its network. While many routes in Asia, North America and Europe will see stable or increased frequencies, Perth is among the few long-haul destinations facing a cut.

ANA said overall international flight frequency will increase to 105% of the previous year, with seasonal adjustments across the network. New Boeing 787-9 aircraft with updated cabins are scheduled for delivery from August 2026, though specific routes for these aircraft have not yet been announced.

The airline will also introduce daily service on its Haneda–Milan route in the second half of FY2026, while continuing seasonal services such as Narita–Vancouver.

In Asia-Pacific, most routes remain unchanged, including services to Sydney, Singapore, Bangkok, Hong Kong and Seoul. However, the Perth reduction stands out as a notable shift in Australia’s west.

ANA currently operates flights to Australia from Tokyo Haneda and Narita, including Sydney and Perth. The airline does not operate services to New Zealand.

The schedule changes are subject to regulatory approval and will take effect from March 29, 2026, unless otherwise stated.
