Accor has teamed up with Air New Zealand to allow members of its ALL loyalty programme to convert points into Airpoints Dollars™, offering more ways to redeem rewards for flights, seat upgrades, rental cars and other travel-related products.
The partnership enables ALL Accor members to use their Reward Points across the Air New Zealand network, giving them more flexibility to plan trips across New Zealand and internationally. Between 10 September and 30 September, members converting points will receive a 50% bonus in Airpoints.
Kerry Healy, Chief Commercial Officer for Middle East Asia Pacific at Accor, said the collaboration gives members more choice in how they use rewards. “This collaboration gives ALL members more choice in how they can use their rewards — whether on the ground with memorable hotel experiences or in the air with seamless travel across the Air New Zealand network,” Healy said.
Adrian Williams, Chief Operating Officer for Accor across the Pacific, added that the partnership strengthens the loyalty programme. “We love giving our members more ways to use their rewards. This strategic partnership with Air New Zealand strengthens our loyalty ecosystem, extending the value of ALL Accor members’ points beyond hotel stays. By connecting our offerings, we’re reinforcing our commitment to delivering seamless and rewarding travel experiences for our valued members,” Williams said.
Alexander Larsen, General Manager Loyalty at Air New Zealand, said the airline has seen positive feedback when customers are given more ways to grow their Airpoints balance. “Airpoints can be used to purchase any available seat across the entire Air New Zealand network, so whether it’s a city escape in Wellington, a family holiday in the Gold Coast, or a non-stop flight to New York, ALL Accor members now have access to a world of travel and reward options with Air New Zealand,” Larsen said.
Accor operates more than 20 international brands across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and French Polynesia, ranging from luxury to economy, including Sofitel, MGallery, Art Series, Pullman, Swissôtel, Mövenpick, Grand Mercure, Peppers, The Sebel, Mantra, Handwritten Collection, Novotel, TRIBE, Mercure, BreakFree, ibis, ibis Styles and ibis budget, as well as Ennismore’s Hyde, SO/ and Mondrian.
